Our Story
A New Chapter
On July 13th 2025, the bakery official close its door after over 30 years in business. So I decided to write a four-part series cookbook. As life changed, so did the projects.
Instead of releasing multiple books over several years, everything has been combined into one complete collection.
Homestyle Baking from Scratch will include the very best recipes from Sky River Bakery, converted from bakery-sized batches into recipes anyone can make at home.
This cookbook is more than recipes. It's the story of a bakery, the community that supported it, and the traditions that deserve to live on.
