Welcome to Sky River Bakery
For decades, Sky River Bakery served handmade baked goods rooted in traditional American baking with a little creativity mixed in along the way.
Today, the bakery lives on through a new project:
The Sky River Bakery Cookbook.
Inside will be the recipes, stories, techniques, and memories collected through years of early mornings, holiday rushes, flour-covered counters, and small-town bakery life.
Plans have changed over time, and what was once intended to be a four-part cookbook series is now becoming one complete book — simpler, more focused, and more personal.
